Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from 2ndVault. If a product is not right for you, here is how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

Contact us at support@2ndvault.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Once approved, please ship your item back within 14 days.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned new, unused, and in sellable condition with all components included. If any component is opened, used, or damaged, a deduction of up to $40 per item may apply to your refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, even if your order qualified for free shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email support@2ndvault.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are not eligible for return or refund.

Not Covered

We are unable to cover packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, duplicate orders placed by mistake, or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
