Welcome to 2ndVault™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the HavenHolder™ emergency document kit (the “Services”), which are operated by 2ndVault, Inc., a Florida Corporation ("2ndVault", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Eligibility

2. Product Use and Safety

HavenHolder™ and other 2ndVault products are intended to help you organize and store your personal and emergency documents. While our kits are designed for grab-and-go accessibility in times of need (such as during a natural disaster), it is your responsibility to update, secure, and maintain your documents appropriately.

We recommend storing your HavenHolder™ in the provided waterproof and fire-resistant bag in a secure, yet easily accessible place in case of emergency.

3. Orders, Payments & Shipping

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed via Shopify or our selected payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping timelines vary based on location and product availability. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking once your order has shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. In summary:

• Damaged items will be replaced; contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  
• Unused products in resellable condition may be returned for a refund if requested within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Opened or damaged folders or document kits may be subject to a deduction of up to $40 per item from the refund.
  
• Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content on this website—including but not limited to the HavenHolder™ name, design, trademarks, product packaging, and instructional materials—is the property of 2ndVault and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

The Company expressly disclaims any and all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of these products in conditions involving water exposure or fire. These products are not guaranteed to be waterproof or fireproof, and the Company does not assume any responsibility for any claims or damages arising from such use. Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their intended use and are encouraged to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines
