Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Damaged items will be replaced; contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Unused products in resellable condition may be returned for a refund if requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened or damaged folders or document kits may be subject to a deduction of up to $40 per item from the refund.
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
